CWTA takes pride in serving its customers and looks forward to first time passengers. Call us, sit back and enjoy the public transportation experience.
Customers receive door-to-door (Demand-Response) service. Passenger assistance is always available. Unlike a taxi service, Demand-Response Service works in time ranges by grouping rides within the same area utilizing one vehicle.
Request your ride at least two (2) hours in advance if possible (a 24 hour notice is appreciated). Ride reservations can be made for up to 60 days in advance. Ride requests can be made from 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Due to increasing service demands, allow ample time to travel.
