Brief Service Disruption due to Upgrades
On Thursday, November 15, 2018, the WexExpress dispatch operations will be closing early due to us performing system upgrades. All ride requests must be made by 6:00 PM on Thursday. Our representatives will still be available to answer any questions you may have until 8:00 PM, however, we will be unable to accommodate any additional ride requests after 6:00 PM.
For those customers who are taking advantage of our web portal for online bookings, our online systems will be unavailable beginning at 6:00 PM on November 15th.
Next day courtesy calls will not be made on Thursday evening. If you would like to confirm your ride reservation, please give us a call at (231) 779-0123.
All systems will be online and functioning by 5:00 AM on Friday, November 16th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
