If you believe that you lost a personal item on the bus, please call our customer service center at 231.779.0123 during our normal hours of operation, Monday thru Friday, 5 AM to 6 PM.

Please note:

  • CWTA is not liable for any items left on CWTA property.
  • We make every attempt to recover and return lost items to the rightful owner.
  • Food and other perishable items will not be kept.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for your item to be found and be available for recovery.
  • Any items not recovered after 30 days will be discarded.
