If you believe that you lost a personal item on the bus, please call our customer service center at (231) 779-0123 during our normal hours of operation, Monday thru Friday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please note:

  • WexExpress is not liable for any items left on WexExpress property.
  • We make every attempt to recover and return lost items to the rightful owner.
  • Food and other perishable items will not be kept.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for your item to be found and be available for recovery.
  • Any items not recovered after 30 days will be discarded.
