How to Ride
WexExpress offers transportation for everyone. Our professional drivers and low fares make our transportation services very safe and affordable.
There are no eligibility requirements to ride, and getting a ride couldn't be easier! Here is what you need to do to ride:
- Call our customer service center at (231) 779-0123. Calls for same day service are accepted, however at least 24 hours notice is appreciated.
- Give the agent your name, phone number, pickup address, and drop-off address. While you are not required to give your name and phone number, we do ask for this information in order to contact you if there is an issue with your ride. If you give us your birth-date, we can also check to see if you qualify for any discounts.
- The agent will give you a pickup date and time, or will call you back with those details after your trip has been confirmed.
